Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have MBBS with PG Degree/DNB/Diploma in Concerned Specialty from Government recognized university/colleges.
Age Limit
Age should not exceed 37 years as on interview date.
Application Fee
Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft/Banker’s Cheques payable in favor of ‘ESI Fund A/C No. 1’ payable at Ahmedabad. SC/ST/PH and Female candidates are exempted from payment of fee.
Selection Process
Final Selection will be based on personal interview.

Eligible candidates should appear for walk-in interview with their duly filled application form (Annexure-A) along with original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopy of relevant documents including age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet, Degree, MCI/State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc. and 2 recent passport size photographs.
