Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Various Medical Degree in related field (see details in official advertisement)
Age limit
- 45 years for Sr. Residents, Not exceeding 67 years for Specialists & Super Specialists.
Application Fee
- Rs. 300/- in the form of Demand Draft / Bankers Cheques payable in favor of ‘ESI Fund A/C No.1’ payable at Ahmedabad.
Selection Process
- Final Selection will be based on personal interview.
How to Apply
- The eligible and desirous candidates with duly filled in application form (Annexure-A) should appear for walk-in-interview with their application along with original certificates and one set of self attested photocopy of the relevant documents in supports of age, qualifications, attempt, Mark Sheet Degree, MCI / State Registration, Category & Experience certificate etc… Candidates should bring two recent passport size photographs.
