The Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has officially released recruitment notifications for three key positions: Upper Division Clerk (UDC), Stenographer and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS). These vacancies will be filled across the country, with applications accepted only through the official ESIC website www.esic.nic.in.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • UDC: Graduation from a recognized University or equivalent. Must have working knowledge of computers including office suites and databases.
  • Steno: 12th class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. Candidates must pass dictation test (10 Minutes @ 80 words per minute) and transcription test (50 minutes for English, 65 minutes for Hindi) on computers.
  • MTS: 10th passed from a recognized board.

Age Limit

  • UDC & Stenographer: 18 to 27 years as of 15 February 2022
  • MTS: 18 to 25 years as of 15 February 2022

Application Fee

  • General Category: Rs 500
  • SC/ST/PWD/Female/Ex-Servicemen: Rs 250

Selection Process

  • UDC: Preliminary Examination, Main Examination and Computer Skill Test
  • Stenographer: Phase I – Main Examination and Phase II – Skill Test in Stenography
  • MTS: Prelims Exam and Mains Exam
