Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have completed ITI (2 years) in Electronics Mechanic, Electrician, or Fitter trades. This includes NTC, Board Based Basic Training, and advanced modules under the Multi-skilled training pattern of Directorate General of Labour & Employment. Additionally, one year Apprenticeship (NAC issued by Ministry of Skill Development) is mandatory. One-year post-qualification experience in manufacturing, production, quality, or material management in an industrial establishment would be an advantage.
Selected candidates will be posted at any ECIL office across India and customer sites. They must be prepared to work in round-the-clock shift operations as required.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for candidates is 30 years.
Selection Process
The selection process involves the following steps:
- Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted trade-wise and category-wise based on ITI marks in a 1:4 ratio. In case of ties, higher Class X marks will be considered. If still tied, the candidate with the earlier date of birth will be selected.
- Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification in Hyderabad via email.
- Selection Stages: Dates for various selection stages will be posted on the website. Shortlisted candidates will receive separate email notifications. No individual communication will be sent to candidates not selected at any stage.
- Offer Letters: After successful document verification, offer letters will be issued to eligible candidates in merit order, but in phases based on requirements.
