Eligibility Criteria
Educational qualification:
- Graduate degree from a recognized University
- Preference given to post-graduate degrees in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology and Social work
- Must be well conversant with the local language
- Should possess flair for teaching and computer knowledge
Experience:
- 10 years of experience as an Officer in any Nationalized Bank/RRB/Pvt. Bank
- Preference for candidates with experience in PSU Bank
- Must possess satisfactory service certificate from previous employer
Age limit: Maximum 65 years at the time of appointment on contract, subject to good health
Application Fee:
- Rs.400/- for General & OBC category
- Rs.50/- for Reserved category (SC/ST/Physically Handicapped)
- Fee payable by Demand Draft in favour of Dena Bank at Ahmedabad
Selection Process
Final selection will be based on Interview.
Interview Pattern & Syllabus
Minimum qualifying marks: The Interview carries 100 marks. Minimum qualifying marks are 50% (45% for SC/ST/OBC and PH candidates).
Assessment attributes with weightage:
- Attitude/Inter-Personal Relations: 20 Marks
- Communication Skills: 20 Marks
- Banking Knowledge: 50 Marks
- Conversant with local language: 10 Marks
