Educational Qualifications
Different posts require different qualifications:
- CT/DVR:
- Matriculation/10th class pass from a recognized Board or university
- Must possess a Transport Vehicle driving license and pass the driving test during recruitment
- CT/FTR:
- 10th class pass in 10+2 examination system from a recognized board
- 2 years ITI certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle OR 3-year National/State apprenticeship certificate in Mechanic Motor Vehicle Trade
- 1 year practical experience in the concerned trade
- All Tradesmen:
- Matriculation/10th class pass from a recognized Board
- Must be proficient and have worked in respective trades
Age Limit
- CT/DVR: Between 21 to 27 years
- All other posts (CT/Tech & Trades except): Between 18 to 23 years
Pay Scale and Physical Standards
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/-, Grade Pay: Rs. 2000/-
Physical Standards:
- Height: 170 Cms (Male), 157 Cms (Female)
- Chest (Male only): 80 Cms (Un-Expended), Minimum Expansion 5 Cms (Expended)
- PET for CT/DVR & FTR: 05 Kms race to be completed within 24 minutes
- Other posts: 1.6 Kms race – 10 minutes for male candidates, 12 minutes for female candidates
