- Graduate in Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science from a recognized university
- Crypto – 4 Posts
- Graduate in Mathematics or Physics from a recognized university
- Radio Operator – 1 Post
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) – 125 Posts
- Technical – 121 Posts
- 10th Passed from a recognized board with Radio Engineering, Electronics, or Computer OR B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics
- Draftsmen – 4 Posts
- Metric Passed with English, General Science, or Mathematics or Diploma in Draftsmen (Civil/Mechanical Engineering) from a recognized polytechnic institute
- Technical – 121 Posts
Age Limit
For SI posts: Not more than 30 years
For ASI posts: 18 to 25 years (as on 02/04/2016)

- Chest (Male only): 80 Cms (Un-expended), Minimum 85 Cms (Expended)
