Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Chief Manager – IT: 4 year full time Engineering/Technology degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics OR MCA/M.SC(IT)/M.Sc (Computer Science). Candidates must possess Certification in CISA/CISM/CISSP/CSX. The Institute should be recognized by Govt./Govt. bodies/AICTE/UGC. Part-Time/Correspondence courses are not considered. Minimum 10 years working experience in Bank/Financial Institution/Large size organization in IT/IS area, with last 5 years in Information/Cyber Security Specialized area including: 1. Cyber Security Governance/Management, Regulatory Compliance, Data Privacy & Data Security Laws & implementation 2. Cyber Security Operations, exposure to security technologies like SIEM, VM, Forensics, UEBA, SOAR, TIP, DAM, Deception System, Anti-APT etc. 3. Exposure to technology risk assessments like cloud computing, IOT, SDN, Client Server applications, multi layered web applications, non-relational databases, firewalls, VPNs, IPS network and application security 4. Use of emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Block chain, SDL threat hunting, automation in cyber security.
  • Specialized Verticals: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognized by the Govt. Of India/Govt. bodies/AICTE etc. Preference given to candidates with MBA/Post graduate diploma or degree in Management or equivalent. Minimum 10 Years’ experience in BFSI Sector with 3 Years of experience at Senior/Head level position in relevant field.

Age limit

  • Chief Manager: Minimum Age – 30 years, Maximum Age – 55 years
  • Specialized Verticals: Min-32 years, Max-40 years

Application Fee

  • Application fees and Intimation Charges (Non-refundable) Rs. 600/- for General, EWS and OBC candidates; Rs. 100/- (Intimation charges only) for SC/ST/PWD candidates. Bank is not responsible if any candidate makes more than one payments.

Selection Process

  • Chief Manager: The selection process may comprise online test, psychometric test or any other test deemed suitable for further selection process followed by Group Discussion/Interview of shortlisted candidates.
  • Specialized Verticals: Selection will be based on short listing and subsequent round of Personal Interview and/or Group Discussion and/or any other selection method.

How to Apply

Bank may send call letters for Online test, GD, interview etc. through the registered email ID.
