Education Qualification
Candidates must be qualified at the Online CWE for RRBs conducted by IBPS during September/October 2014.
- Language Proficiency: Candidates applying for Officer Scale I and Office Assistants (Multipurpose) must possess proficiency in Telugu. This can be demonstrated by having Telugu at 10th Standard level, native language at 10th Standard level, or Telugu at any level up to graduation.
Bond Amount
Officer Scale III, II, and I: ₹1,50,000/- (Rupees One lakh fifty thousand only)
Office Assistant (Multipurpose): ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only)
This bond must be executed if leaving the Bank’s job before confirmation.
Selection Process
All posts will be selected based on performance in RRBs-CWE-III conducted by IBPS in September/October 2014 and Personal Interview.
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) from CWE and Personal Interview
- Officer Scale-I: Selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) from CWE and Personal Interview
- Officer Scale-II (GBO): Selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) from CWE and Personal Interview
- Officer Scale-II (Specialist): Selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) from CWE and Personal Interview (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing and Agricultural Officer)
- Officer Scale-III: Selection based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) from CWE and Personal Interview
Personal Interview Details
The Bank will call candidates equivalent to three times the number of vacancies based on their Total Weighted Scores (TWS). The total marks for Interview will be 30.
Interview Centers
Interviews may be held at Warangal, Hyderabad, or Visakhapatnam. The complete address will be advised through emails and displayed on the Bank’s website one week before the interview date.
