Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification & Age Limit
- SSC (Class 10th) Pass from a recognized board
- 18 to 32 years
Physical Criteria
- Height: Minimum 165 cm
- Weight: Minimum 50 kg
- Chest: Normal 76 cm, Expanded 81 cm (Minimum 5 cm expansion required)
- Vision: 6/6 vision without glasses. No color blindness or squint
- Physical Health: No flat feet, knock knees, pigeon chest, or other physical deformities

Selection Process
- Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates must pass physical tasks including Long Jump (3.80m), High Jump (1.0m), 800m Running (200 seconds), and 200m Swimming (300 seconds). Performance scores are assigned from 10 to 100 marks based on timing/distance
- Merit Calculation: Final merit is prepared based on the cumulative marks of PET and the weightage points from educational qualifications
- Medical Examination: Verification of vision and general physical standards by a medical officer
