Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Security Officer: Graduate with minimum 5 years as Junior Commissioned Officer in Indian Army/Navy/Air Force OR 5 years as Police Inspector OR equivalent rank in Paramilitary Forces with 5 years service
- Civil Engineer: 4 years B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Manager (Fire Safety): B.E/B.Tech in Fire/Safety Engineering with minimum 3 years experience in fire safety
- Manager (Law): LLB degree with Bar Council enrollment, minimum 3 years practice at Bar or Judicial service OR 2 years as Law Officer in Scheduled Commercial Bank or Government
- Company Secretary: Graduate degree with ACS from ICSI and minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Manager (IT): 4 years Engineering degree in CS/CA/IT/Electronics with minimum 2 years relevant experience (varies by specialization)
- Financial Analyst: Graduate with CFA/ICWA/Full-time MBA (Finance) or PGDBM (Finance) with 2 years credit appraisal experience
- Manager (Equity/Mutual Fund Desk): Full-time MBA (Finance)/CA/CMA with 3 years experience as equity trader/dealer
