Educational Qualification
- Project Officer:
- Master’s in Engineering, Science or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of working as researcher or analyst in energy sector
- Prior experience interacting with Government officials
- Ability to analyze primary and secondary research sources like journals, scientific publications, case studies, reports
- Ability to work independently and organize large amounts of data
- Ability to write reports and internal briefing papers
- Ability to coordinate with Govt. departments to explain concepts
- Project Manager:
- Master’s in Business Administration, Bachelor’s in Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in energy sector
- Experience working with Government departments and industry
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior government officials
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to make effective presentations on energy and climate topics
- Ability to distill complex information into simple concepts
- Ability to work quickly and handle requests on short notice
- Ability to speak fluent Gujarati and English
