Educational Qualification & Age Limit (as on 01/07/2025)
- Assistant Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communications/MCA/M.Sc. IT with minimum 3 years experience. Age: Maximum 35 years
- Assistant Manager (HR): Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or MBA (HR) with minimum 3 years experience. Knowledge of HR & Training, recruitment, and labor laws required. Age: Maximum 35 years
- Field Officer (Operations/Depot): B.E./Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile engineering with 2-5 years experience preferred. Age: Maximum 30 years
- Field Officer (Electrical): B.E./Diploma in Electrical engineering with 2-5 years experience preferred. Age: Maximum 30 years
- Field Officer (IT): B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communications/MCA/M.Sc. IT with 2-5 years experience preferred. Age: Maximum 30 years
- Field Supervisor (Operations): Any graduate from Government recognized university with 2-3 years experience preferred. Age: Maximum 30 years
- Executive Assistant (Finance): Any graduate with minimum second class and CCC certification from Government recognized institute with 2 years experience in Account and Finance preferred. Age: Maximum 30 years
- Dy. General Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech in IT/Computer Engineering/Electronics & Communications/MCA/M.Sc. IT with minimum 5 years experience. Age: Maximum 35 years
Selection Process
Candidates should study the BRTS project and take a ride in BRTS bus before appearing for the interview.
