Eligibility Criteria
- Education Qualification: Passed 10th Class Examination with Science (Physics and Chemistry) and Mathematics under the 10+2 system of educational or its equivalent and Passed ITI course in Mechanic (Refrigeration & Air conditioning) trade in Govt. Recognized ITI & should possess NCVT Certificate.
- Age limit: 20 to 24 years
- Application Fee: Rs. 100/- (A crossed Indian Postal Order amounting to Rs.100 drawn in favour of the Workshop Personnel Officer, Southern Railway, Golden Rock, Tiruchirappalli-620 004 Payable at Ponmalai (candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Women are exempted from this payment) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstance.)
Selection Process
- Final selection will be based on Merit list.
Physical Fitness Standards
- Height: 137 Cms.
- Weight: 25.4 Kgs.
- Chest Measurement: Expansion should not be less than 5 Cms. (Irrespective of size of chest)
- Vision: There should be no evidence of any morbid condition of either eye or the lids of either eye which may be liable to risk or aggravation Or recurrence.
