- Education Qualification: Must have passed SSC or Equivalent Examination; Must have passed MPHW (F) Training course conducted by Government of AP/Telangana; Must have registered with the AP/Telangana Nursing Council.
- Age limit: 18 to 44 years
- Application fee: Rs.80/- for all candidates; Rs.200/- for General/OBC Candidates; Nil for SC/ST Candidates
