UPSC CDS Exam (II) 2020 Notification Released
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the official notification of Combined Defence Services (CDS) Exam II on its official website at upsc.gov.in. Aspirants can apply online on or before August 26th till 6 pm.

- Indian Military Academy (IMA): 100 Posts
- Air Force Academy (AFA): 32 Posts

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- For IMA and Officers’ Training Academy, Chennai: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.
- For Indian Naval Academy: Degree in Engineering from a recognised University/Institution.
- For Air Force Academy: Degree of a recognised University (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.
- Graduates with first choice as Army/Navy/Air Force are to submit proof of Graduation/provisional certificates on the date of commencement of the SSB Interview at the SSB.
Age Limit
- IMA – 19 to 24 years
- AFA – 19 to 23 years
- INA – 19 to 22 years
- OTA – 19 to 25 years
Application Fee
- Candidates (excepting Female/SC/ST candidates who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) either by depositing the money in any Branch of SBI by cash, or by using net banking facility of State Bank of India or by using Visa/Master/Rupay Credit/Debit Card.
Selection Process
- The selection will be done on the basis of national level recruitment test (CDS 2 Exam) followed by UPSC CDS 2 Interview tests to be conducted by SSB. The interview is a 4-day process in which candidates shall be tested on the basis of Personality Test, Group Testing Officer Task, Psychology Test and Conference.
