Educational Qualification
Candidates must have M.Sc First class with Chemistry or Environmental Sciences, preceded by B.Sc with Chemistry as one of the subjects from a recognized university.
Age Limit
The age limit for applicants is between 18 to 44 years.
Scale of Pay
The selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 41155-1700-44555-1985-54480-2280-63600.
Application Fee
Applicants need to pay Rs.100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) as Online Application Processing Fee. Additionally, Rs.120/- (Rupees One hundred and twenty only) must be paid as Examination Fee. However, candidates belonging to SC/ST/BC Communities and PH are exempted from paying the examination fee.
Selection Process
The selection process is 100% based on a written examination. The written test consists of 100 marks with 100 Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the examination is 120 minutes (2 hours).
- Section A: 80 questions on core subject of discipline
- Section B: 20 questions on General awareness and Numerical ability
The minimum qualifying marks in the written test are as follows: OC – 40%, BC – 35%, SC/ST – 30%, PH – 30%.
Written Examination Centers
The written examination will be conducted at various centers located only in Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
