Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Constable (Driver):
- Matriculation or equivalent from a Recognized Board
- Must possess Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence
Constable (Laboratory Assistant):
- Matriculation with Science from a Recognized Board or Institute
- Should have Certificate in Laboratory Assistant Course from an institute Recognized by Central government or State Government
Constable (Veterinary):
- Matriculation with Science as Main Subject from a Recognized Board or University
- Desirable – One Year Experience in treatment of different species of animal, in a recognized Veterinary Hospital
Constable (Ayah):
- Matriculation with Science from a Recognized Board or Institute
- Possessing the First Aid Examination pass certificate from Red Cross Society or Should be Trained Dai
- One Year Experience in Relevant Field
Constable (Carpenter, Plumber & Painter):
- Matriculation or equivalent from a Recognized Board
- Two Years Work Experience in respective trade; or
- One year certificate course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one Year Experience in the respective trade; or
- Two Years Diploma from a recognized Industrial Training Institute in the respective trade or Similar trade; and
- Must Qualify Trade Test
Constable (Tailor, Cobbler, Gardener, Cook, Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Water Carrier & Waiter):
- Matriculation or equivalent from a Recognized Board
- Two Years Work Experience in respective trade; or
- One year certificate course from a recognized Industrial Training Institute or Vocational Institute with at least one Year Experience in the trade; or
- Two Years Diploma from recognized Industrial Training Institute in the trade or Similar trade
- Must Qualify Trade Test
Note: Multi-Skills Candidates will be given preference.
Age limit
- Constable (Driver) Male Only: 21 to 27 years
- Constable (Laboratory Assistant) / Constable (Veterinary) / Constable (Ayah) / Constable (Carpenter, Plumber & Painter): 18 to 25 Years
- Constable (Tailor, Cobbler, Gardener, Cook, Washerman, Barber, Safaiwala, Water Carrier & Waiter): 18 to 23 Years
Application Fee
- The General and OBC category candidates should pay fee of ₹100/- (Non-Refundable). However, SC/ST & Female candidates are exempted from payment of examination fees.
Selection Process
The selection will be completed in three stages:
- Stage I will be Physical Standard Test (PST) & Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
- Stage II is written Examination
- Stage III will be Trade Test
