Educational Qualification
- Not Below Class -1 (Retired) Officer of Gujarat State Government
- Minimum 10 years Experience in Personnel and training of General Administration Department of Government of Gujarat
- Must have conversant with framing Recruitment Rules
- Must Worked as faculty of any Training Institute of State Level
Selection Criteria
The selection process follows a 60-40% ratio where 60% is assigned for qualification of the consultant and 40% for consultancy fees.
- Out of the 60% qualification weightage:
- 10% for mentioned qualification criteria (I)
- 20% for mentioned qualification criteria (II)
- 20% for mentioned qualification criteria (III)
- 10% for mentioned qualification criteria (IV)
