Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Overman: Matriculation with 3 years Diploma in Mining Engineering from a Government recognized Institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/Departmental candidates). Must have Overmanship Certificate of Competency from DGMS, along with valid Gas Testing & First Aid Certificate.
- Mining Sirdar: Matriculation from a Government recognized Institute with valid Mining Sirdar’s Certificate of Competency from DGMS under CMR (for Coal Mines), along with valid Gas Testing & First-Aid Certificate.
- Surveyor: Matriculation with 3 years full-time Diploma in Mining & Mine’s Survey from a Government recognized Institute with minimum 50% aggregate marks (40% for SC/ST/Departmental candidates) with Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency.
Age Limit
- Maximum age: 28 years as on 10/03/2019
Application Fee
- Overman: Rs. 250/-
- Mining Sirdar: Rs. 150/-
- Surveyor: Rs. 250/-
- SC/ST/ESM/Departmental candidates: Exempted from payment
Selection Process
Final selection will be based on written test and skill test/trade test.
