- Educational Qualification: 12th (10+2 stage) or equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate. Typing speed required: 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi. For SC/ST/Ex-servicemen, 50% marks requirement is relaxed.
- Age limit: 42 years

- Final selection will be based on Written test, Typing test & Medical Examination.
