Post Details, Qualifications & Age Limit
- General Manager:
• Graduate (Post Graduate, CA, CAIIB preferred)
• 15 years experience as officer in scheduled Commercial Bank (Nationalized or private sector)
• 5 years must be in Scale V or above cadre OR 5 years as General Manager in scheduled urban Co-operative Bank
• Age: 35 to 55 years - Dy. General Manager:
• Graduate/Post Graduate, JAIIB/CAIIB preferred
• 15 years experience in scheduled commercial bank or Urban Co-operative Bank
• Must have experience in Scale IV or above grade OR as AGM in Urban Co-operative Bank for minimum 5 years
• Maximum age: 55 years - Dy. Chief Manager:
• First Class Graduate (Except Arts)
• Higher qualifications like Post-Graduation, CA degree, JAIIB/CAIIB certificate preferred
• Total 10 years experience as officer
• 5 years in Scale II or above with nationalized bank OR as manager in reputed financial institute or urban co-op bank
• 5 years experience in debt market with good knowledge of Indian and international economy
• Preference for candidates with 2 years experience in bank’s treasury department
• Age: 45 years
