Educational Qualification
Candidates must be First Class Graduates (Except Arts). Higher qualifications such as Post-Graduation, CA degree, or JAIIB/CAIIB certificates will be given preference.
Experience Requirements
- For Graduates: Minimum 7 years of experience with a Nationalized Bank in supervisory category (Scale I) OR Financial/Institute/urban Co-op Bank with turnover exceeding 100 crores
- For Post Graduates: 3 years of working experience as officer in Banking, Finance, Demat, Recovery, Forex, or any specialized skill in a reputed institute
- For CA/Inter CA: 2 years of experience with any Banking or Financial Institute
- Candidates must be proficient with Banking/Accounting software and possess computer knowledge
