Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

  • Executive Trainee (Law): LLB or Five years integrated law course with not less than 60% marks or equivalent CGPA as per the formula provided by the Institute/ University.
  • ET (HR): Graduate Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/MBA HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Social Work (With specialization in Personnel Management & industrial relations) recognized institute/University with minimum 60 % marks or equivalent.
  • AOT (PR): Graduate with full time PG degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Communications/Public Relations/Journalism from recognized Institute/University with minimum 60 % marks or equivalent.
  • AOT (Rajbhasha): Graduate / Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a subject in the Graduate Degree examination from recognized university with minimum 60 % marks or equivalent. OR Full time Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in English with Hindi as a subject in the Graduate Degree examination from recognized university with minimum 60 % marks or equivalent.

Selection Process

  • Executive Trainee (Law): Qualified candidates will be shortlisted category-wise for Group Discussion & Personal Interview based on their actual marks (Out of 150) in the CLAT 2018 for admission into LLM/ PG courses. Shortlisted candidates must submit documents as mentioned in their individual communication sent through e-mail/Candidate login.
  • ET (HR)/ AOT (PR)/ AOT (Rajbhasha): Selection based on marks obtained (out of 100) in the following papers of UGC NET 2018, Group Discussion & Personal Interview.
