Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
JRF:
- The candidate must have M.Sc Chemistry/Material Chemistry (First Class) along with other mandatory qualifications as per Department of Science & Technology, Government of India
- Essential Qualification for Project Associate: Post Graduate Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation & Control/Atmospheric Sciences or equivalent
- Desired Skills: Research experience will be preferred
JRF/PA:
- Eligibility (JRF): Post Graduate Degree in Basic Sciences OR Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation & Control/Atmospheric Sciences or equivalent selected through ANY ONE of the following:
- Scholars selected through National Eligibility Tests – CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) and GATE
- Selection through National level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies, and institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, etc
- Essential Qualification for Project Associate: Post Graduate Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering/Instrumentation & Control/Atmospheric Sciences or equivalent
- Desired Skills: 1-2 years of Relevant research experience. Modelling experience using tools/software like GIS, Artificial Neural Network, WRF, Envi-MET, ERDAS, ENVI is highly desirable
