UPSC NDA & NA 1 Examination 2015 Notification
Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially announced the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) Examination (I), 2015. Candidates can submit their online applications between 27 December 2014 and 23 January 2015 for this prestigious national-level recruitment drive.
Total Vacancies
The examination offers a total of 375 positions across different wings of the defence academies.
- National Defence Academy (NDA): 320 Posts
- Naval Academy (NA): 55 Posts
Age Criteria
Candidates must be between 18 to 25 years old as of 21 July 2014 to be eligible for this examination.
Educational Requirements
The educational qualifications vary based on the wing you’re applying for:
- Army Wing of National Defence Academy: Candidates must have passed 12th Class in the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or University.
- Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and 10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at Indian Naval Academy: Candidates need to have passed 12th Class in the 10+2 pattern with Physics and Mathematics from a State Education Board or University.
