The bank is hiring across multiple categories:
- Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer): 10 posts
- Officer Scale-II (IT): 3 posts

- Officer Scale-II (Treasury Manager): 1 post
- Officer Scale-II (Agricultural Officer): 3 posts
- Officer Scale-I: 114 posts
- Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 218 posts
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have qualified in the RRBs-Online CWE III conducted by IBPS. Additionally, you need to demonstrate proficiency in local languages – either Telugu or Urdu. The language proficiency requirement can be met through:
- 10th standard level in Hindi
- Native language at 10th standard level (Telugu/Urdu as a subject)
- Local language at any level up to graduation (Telugu/Urdu as a subject)
Selection Process
The selection process involves two stages:
- Performance in RRBs-Online CWE-III conducted by IBPS (September/October 2014)
- Personal Interview conducted by Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank
Final merit lists will be prepared based on Total Weighted Scores (TWS) from both stages, categorized under SC/ST/OBC/UR categories.
Application Fee
The application fee structure is as follows:
- Rs. 20/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates
- Rs. 100/- for all other candidates
Payment can be made through CBS at any branch of Narmada Jhabua Gramin Bank across 14 districts of Madhya Pradesh: Dewas, Shajapur, Agar, Khargone, Khandwa, Burhanpur, Barwani, Rajgarh, Sehore, Ujjain, Indore, Jhabua, Alirajpur, and Dhar.
