- Manager (IT): Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related fields from a recognized institute
- Assistant Manager: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized institute
Age Limit
- Senior Manager: Maximum 35 years
- Manager (Programs) / Manager (IT): Maximum 32 years
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 30 years
