NABARD Recruitment 2022: 177 Development Assistant Posts Open for Application
The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has officially announced its recruitment drive for 2022. They’re looking to fill 177 Development Assistant (Group-B) positions across the country.

Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualifications
- Development Assistant: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD and Ex-Servicemen) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university.
- Development Assistant (Hindi): Bachelor’s Degree in English/Hindi medium with Hindi and English as compulsory or elective subjects, minimum 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates). OR Bachelor’s Degree with Hindi and English as main subjects with minimum 50% marks (pass class for SC/ST/PWBD/EXS candidates).
- Candidates must be proficient in translating between English and Hindi.
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 21 and 35 years as of September 1, 2022. This means you should be born between September 2, 1987, and September 1, 2001 (both dates inclusive).
Application Fees
- General/OBC/EWS: Rs. 450
- SC/ST/PWD/EWS/Ex-Servicemen: Rs. 50
Selection Process
The final selection will be based on a state-wise merit list. Only marks from the Main Examination (Phase-II), including both Objective and Descriptive tests, will be considered for the final merit list. Preliminary Examination (Phase-I) marks won’t be added.
