NABARD Consultancy Services Private Limited (NABCONS), a wholly owned subsidiary of NABARD, has announced recruitment for Co-Ordinator & Enumerators posts. These positions are for Monitoring, Evaluation and Documentation of NABARD funded Tribal Development Projects across 23 States in India.

Eligibility Criteria
National Coordinator
- Qualification: Post-Graduation with minimum 55% marks in Agriculture/Agriculture Engineering/Agronomy/Horticulture/Crop Science/Environment Science/Sociology/Social Work or related fields. Ph.D candidates or those with papers published in National/International Journals will be preferred.
- Experience: 10 years of post-qualification experience in Rural/Social Development Sector. Prior experience with similar projects will be given preference.
- Age Limit: Minimum 40 years and maximum 64 years
State Coordinator
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60% marks in specified fields OR any graduate with post-graduation/Ph.D with 55% marks.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years for graduates, 3 years for post-graduates/Ph.D holders in Rural/Social Development Sector.
- Age Limit: Minimum 25 years and maximum 63 years
Enumerator
- Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 55% marks in specified fields.
- Experience: 1 year for graduates, 3 years for diploma holders in Rural/Social Development Sector.
- Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and maximum 45 years
Selection Process
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Candidates should note that no costs incurred for attending the interview will be reimbursed by NABCONS.
