- Chief Manager: Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB with minimum 02 years experience.
- Senior Manager: Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB with minimum 02 years experience.
- Manager: Any Degree preferably with JAIIB / CAIIB / Chartered Accountant. Minimum 02 years experience.
Age Limit
- General Manager: Not above 55 years
- Deputy General Manager: Not above 55 years
- Assistant General Manager: Not above 50 years
- Chief Manager: Not above 45 years
- Senior Manager: Not above 40 years
- Manager: Not above 35 years
