Eligibility Criteria
Assistant Professor
- Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record
- Must have demonstrated potential for scholarship with scholarly writings
Associate Professor
- Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree with a very good academic record and with 5 years of post Ph.D. experience in teaching/research
- The candidate must have published at least one research paper as first/second author in B category or better journal [with Scimago journal rank (SJR) >0.25] in the last five years
- Applications having a record of raising grants would be a plus
Assistant Manager (Administration)
- Post Graduate in any discipline with at least First Class (above 60% marks) with a postgraduate diploma in Management or Postgraduate degree in Law or MSW (IR specialization)/MHRM will be desirable
- Excellent in oral and written communication in English
- Proficient in man-management with excellent interpersonal skills
- At least 10 years of post-qualification experience in administration of Management Education Institute/University/Commercial organization of national/international repute
- Relevant experience in any IIM/IIT and other institutes of national/international repute will be an added advantage
