Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Different posts require different qualifications:
- Jr. Engineering Assistant-IV (Production): 3 years Diploma in Chemical/Refinery & Petrochemical Engg. OR B.Sc. (Maths, Physics, Chemistry or Industrial Chemistry) with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST
- Jr. Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U)-Boiler: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with Boiler Competency Certificate. Alternative qualifications include Matric with ITI (Fitter) with Boiler Competency Certificate or B.Sc. (Physics, Chemistry & Maths) with Apprenticeship Training in Boiler Trade
- Jr. Engineering Assistant-IV (P&U)-Turbine: 3 years Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST
- Jr. Technical Assistant-IV (Mechanical): 3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD OR Matric with 2 years ITI (Fitter) Course
- Jr. Engineering Assistant-IV / Jr. Technical Assistant-IV (Instrumentation): 3 years Diploma in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Electronics/Instrumentation & Control Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Jr. Quality Control Analyst-IV: B.Sc. with Physics, Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry & Mathematics with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Jr. Materials Assistant-IV: 3 years Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST/PwBD
- Jr. Nursing Assistant-IV: 4 years B.Sc. (Nursing) OR 3 years Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery or Gynecology & Obstetrics with minimum 50% marks for General/EWS/OBC and 45% for SC/ST
Age Limit
Minimum 18 years and Maximum age shall be 26 years
Application Fee
General, EWS and OBC candidates need to pay Rs.150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) as application fee (non-refundable) through Online mode (SBI e-Collect) using either Debit/Credit Card or through Net-Banking. Bank Charges as applicable have to be borne by the candidates.
Selection Process
The selection process will comprise of Written Test and a Skill/Proficiency/Physical Test (SPPT) which will be of qualifying nature. Category-wise and Post-wise Merit list shall be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in the Written Test, only for such candidates who qualify in the SPPT.
