Indian Navy 10+2 B.Tech Entry Recruitment 2021
The Indian Navy has officially released the notification for the 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme recruitment 2021. This is a fantastic opportunity for 10+2 qualified candidates to join the Indian Navy as officers through the Permanent Commission route. The course is set to commence in January 2022.

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- You must have passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 Pattern) or equivalent from any board with at least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM)
- Minimum 50% marks in English (either in Class X or Class XII)
- Candidates must have appeared for JEE (Main) – 2021 exam for B.E/B.Tech
- SSB call-up will be based on your JEE (Main) – 2021 All India Rank (AIR) published by NTA
Age Limit
- Born between 02 July 2002 and 01 January 2005 (both dates inclusive)
Selection Process
The Indian Navy reserves the right to set cut-offs for shortlisting applications based on JEE (Main) All India Rank – 2021. Shortlisted candidates will be called for SSB interviews scheduled in Bangalore, Bhopal, Kolkata, or Visakhapatnam between October and November 2021.
You’ll receive your SSB interview call-up via email or SMS on the contact details provided in your application form. Don’t change your mobile number or email ID until the selection process completes. The SSB procedure details are available on the Indian Navy website www.joinindiannavy.gov.in.
Important notes about SSB:
- Changing SSB venue is not allowed under any circumstances
- For date changes, contact the Call up Officer of your concerned SSB
- Fresh dates depend on batch/slot availability
- No compensation for injuries during SSB tests
- AC 3-tier rail fare is available for first-time SSB appearances (bring bank passbook/cheque copy)
How to Apply
Apply online through www.joinindiannavy.gov.in starting 1 October 2021. To save time during the application window, prepare your documents in advance under your user profile.
Keep these documents ready while filling your application:
- Personal details matching your Matriculation/12th certificate
- Email and mobile number (mandatory fields)
- Scanned copies of all documents in original JPG/TIFF format:
- Date of Birth proof (10th/12th certificates)
- 10th class marksheet
- 12th class marksheet
- JEE (Main)-2021 Score card with All India Rank
- Recent passport-size color photograph
- Applications with illegible documents will be rejected
- Print one copy of your application form to carry with original certificates for SSB
