Positions and Educational Qualifications

Head Positions:

  • HR: Post-graduate degree in HRM or related fields
  • Finance & Accounts: Master Degree/MBA/equivalent with specialization in Finance and at least 10 years of experience
  • PGPX & New Programme Initiatives: Post-graduate qualification with excellent computer and communication skills

Manager Positions:

  • Stores & Purchase: Any graduation with degree/diploma in Materials Management with at least ten years of experience in materials/logistics management
  • Estate: Any Post-graduate or equivalent with at least 10 years of experience and administrative competence
  • Case Center: Masters in any discipline, while MBA or equivalent qualification is desirable. Persons holding Doctorate or equivalent qualifications in relevant subject will be given preference

Library Professional Assistants: A Master degree in Library & Information Science (MLISc) with 60% or above
