Educational Qualifications
Required: Post Graduate in any discipline with minimum 8 years of experience, including 2 years of independently managing an assignment/division that requires relationships or database management facilitated by active technology support.
Desirable Qualifications
MBA (preferably from IIMA PGP/PGPX) or IT/Computer Science background.
Job Description
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining an updated IIMA alumni database with quick access to relevant information
- Assisting in developing the new IIMA alumni website that will engage various generations of alumni and integrate well with the institute’s new website under development
- Regular postings on the alumni website and prompt responses to alumni communications
- Organizing campus reunions and actively contributing to events by alumni chapters in India and abroad
- Establishing active alumni chapters in Indian cities and countries with limited participation
- Facilitating contributions from alumni batches and chapters for various institute initiatives including event sponsorships
