Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Program Manager:
- Graduate with minimum 55% and Master’s Degree or equivalent in Management. MBA with Marketing background preferred. Applicants showing inclination towards academics (pursuing Ph.D. or already possessing a Ph.D.) are desirable.
- Should have worked minimum of 10 years in corporate / academic setting with some experience of managing academic programs in the Business Management domain in recent times. Experience of marketing academic programs will be a plus.
- Should be fluent in English and capable of handling public/external interactions successfully.
- Should be flexible to work as per the programme requirements.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of digital tools and marketing promotion activities.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of internet and MS Office tools.
- Age limit: 35 to 45 years as on the last date of application
- Post-Graduation in any discipline with outstanding English writing skills.
- Relevant experience of at least 5-7 years in editorial work; experience in academic writing is an advantage.
- Familiarity with the subject matter of management.
- Age limit: 40 years as on the last date of advertisement
- The candidate should possess full time MBA in any discipline
- The candidate should have at least 10 years of post-qualification experience
- Should have Proficiency in English language
- Should have good knowledge of MS Office and other computer software’s
- Age limit: Minimum 35 and Maximum 48 years as on the last date of application.
- The candidate should be a professional Chartered Accountant (CA).
- The candidate should have at least 5 years of post-qualification professional experience in the field of Compliance/ Finance/ Accounts/ Audit/ Contracts/ Legal Departments.
- Experience in Autonomous Bodies or large Academic Institution or PSUs is desirable.
- Age limit: Max. 35 years as on the last date of application.
Selection Process
