- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
- At least 8 years must be in supervisory positions
- Experience in recruiter relationship building, placements, networking, corporate communications, or marketing
- Entrepreneurial mindset and orientation
- Excellent communication skills for multi-stakeholder environments
- Willingness to travel
- Passion for elevating the IIMA PGPX brand
- Strong corporate network with C-Suite and HR Head executives
- 10+ years as senior executive in corporate post-management education
- Proactive with go-getter attitude
- Experience managing recruiter relationships (preferred)

- Maximum 55 years as of the last date of application
