Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have either:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI (Mechanical Trade), OR
- 10+2 with 2 years experience in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, Tablet & Capsule formulation, Auto-coater, ETP, Syrup & Liquid preparation and Extraction, or Boiler Operation (with Boiler certificate)
Age Limit
30 years as of 26/05/2016
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through interview. If a large number of candidates appear, a screening test with Multiple Choice Objective Questions (MCQs) will be held to shortlist candidates for the interview. The shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by the Selection Committee, and based on performance, a panel of recommended candidates will be formed. The panel will be utilized as and when requirements arise in the projects.
Candidates can interact in Hindi or English before the committee. If there are many candidates, interviews may continue into the next day.
How to Apply
Eligible candidates should attend the walk-in interview with:
- Complete bio-data in the prescribed pro-forma format (available on CSIR-IIIM website)
- Duly filled and signed application form
- Self-attested photocopies of certificates/testimonials for Date of birth, Qualifications/Experience, Caste, Domicile Certificate, etc.
- One recent passport size photograph
Candidates must arrive at the venue one hour before the interview time for necessary formalities. Tentative mark sheets/certificates and ‘RESULT AWAITED’ will not be considered.
