Educational Qualifications

Additional General Manager (Commercial and Logistics): B.Tech or equivalent/Higher Technical Qualification + MBA or equivalent/Higher Professional Qualification, OR B.Tech or equivalent/Higher Technical Qualification OR MBA or Higher Professional Qualification.
Manager (Bromine Plant/Production): B.Tech (Chemical) or equivalent/Higher Technical qualification + MBA (Operations Management) or equivalent/Higher Professional Qualification, OR B.Tech (Chemical) or equivalent/Higher Technical Qualification OR Diploma (Chemical Engg.).
Manager (Company Secretary): Certified Company Secretary from ICSI.
Manager (Mines): B.Tech (Mining) or equivalent/Higher Technical qualification + MBA or equivalent/Higher Professional Qualification. Candidates must have First/Second Class Manager’s Certificate of Competency for U/R (underground) Mines from DGMS.
Manager (Surveyor-Mines): Professional/Technical qualification in Survey and Surveyor’s Certificate of Competency for U/R (underground mines).
Mining Mate: Matriculation along with Mining Mate’s certificate of Competency under MMR Act 1961 from the Competent Authority Under Ground Mines in the capacity of Mining mate.
Blaster: Certificate in Blasting for short firing in U/R (underground) Mines.
Age Limit
Age limits vary by position: 52 years for General Manager, 50 years for Additional General Manager (AGM), 40 years for Manager positions, and 28 years for Blaster positions.
