Eligibility

  • Educational qualification:
    • Internal Audit Officer: The University needs an Internal Audit Officer with auditing background on deputation for one year (extendable to three years). The officer must develop and strengthen the internal audit wing and work independently. Thorough knowledge of Computer Applications, accounting packages/software, and Gujarati language is required.
    • Deputy Registrar: Good academic record (50% with second class in undergraduate courses) plus Master Degree with at least 55% marks. Alternatively, nine years of experience as Assistant Professor in AGP 6000+ with educational administration experience OR five years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent.
    • Programmer: First Class B.E./B. Tech. in Computer Science/Engineering/Technology (AICTE Approved Institute) OR M.Sc.(IT)/M.Sc. (CS)/MCA 1st class with minimum three years’ experience.
    • Stenographer: Bachelor’s Degree from recognized University. English Stenography: 100 wpm; English Typewriting: 50 wpm OR Gujarati Stenography: 100 wpm; Gujarati Typewriting: 40 wpm. Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet. Knowledge of Open source is desirable.
    • Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Bachelor’s degree with 50% marks and five years’ experience as LDC (preferably in educational institution) OR Master’s degree with 50% marks and three years’ experience as LDC or equivalent (preferably in educational institution). Working knowledge of computer in Gujarati & English script required.
    • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): Graduate from recognized University. Must operate computer in English script with 10500 KDPH (35 wpm) and Gujarati script with 9000 KDPH (30 wpm). Skill test will assess this.

    Age Limits

    • Internal Audit Officer: 50 Years
    • Deputy Registrar: 50 Years
    • Programmer: 35 to 40 years
    • Stenographer: 25 Years
    • Upper Division Clerk (UDC): 25 to 30 years
    • Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 25 to 30 years

    Selection Process

    Final selection will be based on Interview.
