Gujarat Police Recruitment 2020-2021

The Government of Gujarat released the financial budget for 2020-2021, presented by Dy. Chief Minister Nitin Patel. The budget announcement included important updates for police recruitment in the upcoming years.

Budget Allocation for Police Recruitment

The government has allocated 7,503 crore rupees for the Home department, which includes funding for police recruitment. The recruitment drive will cover multiple positions including PSI, ASI, and Lokrakshak.

Massive Recruitment Drive

According to the official statement, the government will publish notifications for 11,000 posts in the Gujarat Police Department and 4,528 home guards. After this recruitment, the total number of Home Guards will reach 49,000+.
