FOREST GUARD PHYSICAL TEST
Male Candidates:
- Height: 163 cm (except Scheduled Tribes) | 155 cm (Scheduled Tribes)
- Chest (Both): 79 cm (Deflated) | 84 cm (Inflated)
- Weight (Both): 50 kg
- Note: Minimum expansion of chest when inflated shall not be less than five centimeters
Female Candidates:
- Height: 150 cm (except Scheduled Tribes) | 145 cm (Scheduled Tribes)
- Weight (Both): 45 kg
