Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- SC/TO: Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Electrical / Computer Engineering or Electronics / Electronics & Communications discipline from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- CRA: Science Graduate in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics discipline from a Government Recognized University / Institute
- JE (Electrical): Diploma in Electrical engineering from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- JE (Electronics): Diploma in Electronics / Electronics & Communications engineering from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- JE (Mechanical): Diploma in Mechanical engineering from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- JE (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering in from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- Maintainer (Fitter): SSLC pass with ITI (Two Years) in Fitter from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- Maintainer (Electrical): SSLC pass with ITI (Two Years) in Electrician from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
- Maintainer (Electronics): SSLC pass with ITI (Two Years) Electronics from a Government Recognized University / Institute.
Age limit

Application Fee
- The category-wise application fee details for GMRC Recruitment 2023 are given below. The application fees can be paid through internet banking, debit card/credit card, etc..
- General / Un- Reserved (including Ex-servicemen), candidates are required to pay a Nonrefundable fee of Rs.600/- (inclusive of bank charges plus service tax).
- SEBC/OBC candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 300/- (inclusive of bank charges plus service tax).
- SC/ST/EWS candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 150/- (inclusive of bank charges plus service tax).
Selection Process
- Selection will be based on Written Test & Gujarati Language test. Securing minimum score (General category candidates 60 percent marks and for reservation category (SC/ST / OBC/EWS) candidates 50 percent marks) in the test of Gujarati language shall only be considered for selection. The marks in Gujarati language will not be considered for merit listing.
