Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Senior Manager: Degree in law (full time) from recognized university/Institute in India with minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI.
- Legal Officer: Degree in law (full time) from recognized university/Institute in India with minimum 55% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI.
- Deputy Manager & HR Officer:
- MBA Degree with specialization in HR/Personnel Management OR PG Degree/PG Diploma in HR/PM&IR/Labour Welfare OR Master in Social Works with specialization in HR/Personnel Management
- The above qualification (with minimum 65% marks or equivalent CGPA/CPI) should be obtained from a recognized Institute/University (except through correspondence)
Age Limit
- 45 Years
