Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

  • Accounts: Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA), Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India (ICWA), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
  • Legal: Bachelor of Law (LLB) or Masters of Law (LLM)
  • Company Secretary: Associate member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS)
  • Actuary: Student member of Institute of Actuaries of India who has cleared at least 3 papers including CT-1, CT-2 and CT-3
  • IT: B Tech or BE in CS/IT or MCA with certificate course on Cyber Security of at least 6 months duration
  • Economics: MA Economics with minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University
  • Commerce: M.Com. with minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University
  • Generalist: Graduates in any stream with minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University OR Post Graduates in any stream with minimum 55% for SC/ST and 60% for others from a recognized University

Age Limit: 20 to 30 years

Application Fees

  • Rs. 600/- for all others
  • Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWBD candidates
  • Bank Transaction charges for Online Payment will have to be borne by the candidate

Selection Process

Candidates must qualify both in the Online Examination and interview and be sufficiently high in the merit to be shortlisted for further selection process.

Exam Pattern & Syllabus

Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs):

  • Reasoning Ability: 50 Questions & 50 Marks
  • English Language: 50 Questions & 50 Marks
  • Computer Knowledge: 20 Questions & 20 Marks
  • General Awareness: 40 Questions & 40 Marks
  • Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Questions & 50 Marks
  • Total: 200 Questions & 200 Marks
  • Duration: 140 Minutes

Description Paper:

  • Essay Writing: One out of two given options & 20 Marks
  • Precise Writing: One out of two given options & 20 Marks
  • Time Allotted: 40 minutes for both questions together

Penalty for Wrong Answers: For each wrong answer in Objective Tests, one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty. No penalty for unanswered questions.

Examination Centres: The examination will be conducted online at 5 centres – Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi-NCR, Kolkata/Greater Kolkata, and Mumbai/Thane/Navi Mumbai/Greater Mumbai.
