Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL) has released a notification for recruitment to fill Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer – Civil & Electrical) and Assistant Law Officer positions.
Total Posts Available
The organization has announced a total of 32 posts:
- Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer): 28 posts (Civil & Electrical)
- Assistant Law Officer: 4 posts
Age Limit
Candidates must be between 18 to 30 years as of 16/09/2014.
Educational Qualifications
For Vidyut Sahayak (Junior Engineer):
- B.E./B.Tech. (Electrical/Civil) from a recognized university approved by AICTE
- Minimum 60% for Unreserved candidates and 55% for Reserved category candidates
- Aggregate of 7th and 8th Semester must be considered
- Passed in single attempt without ATKT
- Knowledge of computer operations and Gujarati language is required
For Assistant Law Officer:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university
- Plus L.L.B. with minimum 55% marks
- OR Five-year integrated course in Law with minimum 55% marks
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected through a Written Test and Oral Interview.
Important Notice
Candidates who have already applied in response to our earlier advertisement dated 02/03/2014 for Vidyut Sahayak Jr. Engineer (Electrical/Civil) and have paid the requisite fees need not apply again. Their candidature will be considered based on their earlier application.
