Educational Qualification

- Junior Executive (Operations & BD): Either Matriculation with 60% plus 2-year ITI/Apprenticeship, OR Graduate in any discipline
- Junior Executive (Signal & Telecommunication): Matriculation with 60% plus 2-year ITI in Electronics/Communication/IT
- Junior Executive (Electrical): Matriculation with 60% plus 2-year ITI in Electrical/Electrician
- Junior Executive (Mechanical): Matriculation with 60% plus 2-year ITI in Fitter/Electrician/Motor Mechanic
- Junior Manager (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks
- Junior Manager (Operations & BD): 2-year MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/PGDM in Marketing/Business Operations with 60% marks

Age Limit
Age requirements vary by post:
- 18 to 27 years for Junior Manager positions

Selection Process
