DPT Eligibility Criteria

  • Firemen Trainee:
    • Educational Qualification: Minimum S.S.C. passed
    • Technical Qualifications: Six months Fire Fighting Course, passed from any Govt. recognized Institute.
    • Preference: The candidates having a valid Heavy Driving License, One Year Fire Fighting Course passed from any Government recognized institutes and experience
    • Age limit: Between 18 to 30 years. (as on 01/01/2018)
    • Stipend: Consolidated stipend will be Rs.17,000/- (Rupees Seventeen Thousand Only) Per Month.
  • Law Officer:
    • Essential: Degree in Law from a recognized university.
    • Desirable:
      • Should be a practicing lawyer of not less than 7 years standing OR
      • Should be graduate of Law and entitled to be on roll as advocate.
      • Should have worked in legal division for not less than 3 years in a Govt./Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous body.
    • Age limit: 40 Years

DPT Firemen Trainee Physical Standard

  • Height : 5′-5″ (Minimum)
  • Chest (Normal) : Min. 32″
  • Chest (expanded) : Min. 2″
  • Weight : Min. 50 Kg.

  • Firemen Trainee:
    • Applicant giving full bio-data with the recent passport size photograph accompanied by self-attested copies of all certificate, should reach to The Deputy Conservator, Deendayal Port Trust, Administrative Office Building, Post Box No.50, Gandhidham (Kutch) – 370201.
  • Law Officer:
    • The applicant shall take a print-out of the application form at DEENDAYAL PORT TRUST website: www.kandlaport.gov.in and send the same duly filled in along with recent passport size photograph affixed on the right hand corner of the application and self-attested copies of education/experience/age certificate(s) so as to reach the same on or before 03/02/2018 at the following address: The Secretary, Deendayal Port Trust, Administrative Office Building, Gandhidham (Kutch), Gujarat – 370201
