Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold an MBBS Degree from a recognized University and maintain valid registration with the Medical Council of India.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit is 30 years for candidates who are not CG State domicile and 35 years for CG State domicile candidates as of 31/03/2015.
Selection Process
Candidates will be selected based on their performance in a written test followed by an interview.
Application Fee
The application fee is Rs. 1000/- for candidates from outside Chhattisgarh State (General, OBC & SC/ST categories) and Rs. 700/- for SC/ST category candidates of Chhattisgarh State.
Payment should be made through demand draft or Banker’s Cheque drawn in favor of Assistant Manager (CAU), CSPHCL, Raipur, payable at Raipur (Chhattisgarh).

Eligible candidates need to send their application in the prescribed format. The envelope should be superscribed as “Application for the Post of Medical Officer”.
